Legal handling is more than a page of terms; it is how we record consent, secure your login and answer changes without losing the audit trail.

Registration data

We ask for account details needed to identify your profile and contact you about legal changes. If your phone number or email changes, use Account > Profile first so support can match future requests correctly.

Wallet records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS events create timestamps, references, status codes and wallet balances. We use those records for reconciliation, dispute checks and lawful requests, not for selling your payment history to outside marketers.

Cookie choices

Settings > Cookies lets you manage browser storage used for login continuity, language choice and security checks. Some cookies are needed to keep the account session valid while you move between legal pages or return after closing the browser.

Game session logs

Blackjack, Tennis Betting and Crash Games activity can appear in account logs with time, stake reference and result data. Those logs help us answer disputes and meet record duties tied to the account contract.

Security requests

Use Account > Security to change your password, check active sessions and close unknown sessions. If you report access you did not approve, we pause withdrawals and profile edits while we verify ownership.

Change or deletion

Ask [email protected] to correct, export or delete eligible data. We may need to keep wallet and dispute records when Indonesian law, tax rules, fraud prevention or payment partners require retention.

Before you join, read the answers we get asked most about legal rights, data handling and account access. When access is discussed, it depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. We may restrict registration, login or wallet activity if rules, payment partners, location signals or security checks require it.

You accept account rules covering identity details, password care, wallet records, game session logs, cookies, support contact and policy updates. We may ask you to confirm revised terms after login before you continue using the account.

Log in and choose Account > Help > Legal Request, or email [email protected] if access fails. Include your username, registered phone number, last payment rail and the data you want to receive, correct or delete.

Those rails create transaction references we use to match wallet entries, settle disputes, investigate failed transfers and answer lawful requests. A payment method does not decide legal eligibility; location, account status and local law still matter.

Cookie choices change how your browser stores login and preference data, but they do not remove rights to contact us. Settings > Cookies shows available choices, while required security cookies protect account access.

We keep records for the period needed to run the account, resolve disputes, meet tax or payment duties and answer lawful requests. When retention is no longer needed, we restrict, anonymise or delete eligible data from active systems.
